Tales From the Toilet

Awhile back I posted a couple of times about the "Push It Out" song composed  for my Talker and her toileting issues.  Yesterday, while we were doing our daily jobs, she stood up and ran into the restroom (this is pretty great considering how much she hates going), and about thirty seconds later I hear her say/sing, in her normal voice, "Push it out, push it out, wa-a-a-y out."   I was glad to hear this because it meant she was taking care of business, but then in a high pitched voice, that sounded eerily like my own when I'm trying to get a kid excited, she said, "Yay!  Good girl!  Good job *insert name here*!  I proud of you!"

She flushed, then came out, washed her hands, and returned to her work, just like she'd forgotten she'd thrown herself a small party.

I truly think that any other job would be boring.

Hi Honey!

After a much needed blog break to remind myself why I blog (to record school and other random stories), I think I'm ready to rejoin the blogosphere.

So, in the words of my Talker (to me, upon returning to school after a two week break) this morning:

"Hi honey!"

 I'm glad to be back.
